i'm stress!

ermm... entry 4 t0day is ab0ut having l0ads 0f things in mind.

since i will b having my pediatric & geriatric exam next m0nday

and still havent fully prepared

it is much m0re c0mplicated with rite n0w being bz with PBL rep0rt & presentation

and still n0 pr0gress in answering past years questi0ns..

seni0rs said that diz is a very t0ugh system which many 0f them hv failed..

plis i d0 not want t0 fail.

i mean wh0 wanted t0 b failed and repeat the system rite?

well, since all 0f the imp0rtant things is just ar0und the c0rner and i hv t0 start t0 manage the stresses i'm having n0w b4 it bec0mes m0re chr0nic and leads t0 depressi0n..

h0w d0 u rec0gnized if urself having stress?

well hv u identified y0urs??

there are several kinds tips which can help u manage ur stress level.

1. Adequate sleep

This is my first choice 0f s0 called therapy when i'm stressed. After wake up i will feel refreshed and can start doing works again.

2. Exercise

This is important as when we actually exercise for even 30minutes per day by walking is very helping in reducing stress level. All we need is fresh air. and y not we hv a walk everyday! :D

3. Regular Diet

We are what we eat! So arrange ur meal starting t0day fellas!

4. Music

I love listening to music, it makes me stressed-free.

5. Holiday

Pack up ur things and hv a holiday. it really helpful!

6. Social Relationship

Interact with others and hv chit chatting about loads of things. U will feel less stress bc0z u hv pe0ple t0 share things.

7. Hobby

Hobbies makes 0ur distracti0n t0 the things that stressed us g0 away.

8. Pray

This calms d0wn 0urselves whenever we gets cl0se t0 0ur creat0r.

This is the main thing sh0uld b d0ne as Muslims. but i bet all 0ther religi0ns als0 the same. :)

i h0pe this inf0 w0uld b beneficial 4 th0se 0ut there

bc0z as 4 me th0se tips are very helpful in managing my stress level.

aiyyoo.. how come. it's only 1 week since geriatry system begins but i'm stressed already.

damn i got t0 sort things out now.

i need t0 start f0cusing on study n non other else!

but loads 0f works and yet loads of sleep in order t0 compensate disturbed sleep.

tp takpe, skang aku akan update part 3.. hehe.

ok, last part kite stop kt mane ek..

erm, pasal yg aku g klas ke klas n lastly stop by kt klas dia kn..

ok itu br kenal2 cmtu.. next year lak ntah kebetulan ke jodoh la kn..

aku kembali ke kelab sains n maths..

then surprise2.. there he is. in a same club again..

fuuhhh.. dlm hati aku bkata: "aisehhh mamat nih, same lg. haiyyaa.."

mase tuh aku rase segan gile k0t plus a bit suke sbb ye la kn.. sape tak suke lau org yg kite admire same kelab lg.. kebetulan lak thn tuh aku jd pengerusi kelab.. huuu..

lg la bergiat cergas.. ehhh, jap2.. aku ade lupe satu part..

aku pn tak sure sgt la part nih mase jamuan kelab komputer ke ape kn.

time tuh aku igt lg, aku curi2 amek gmbo dia dgn hp aku yg tak seberape.. haha..

pastu la kn.. tibe2 DD tah dr mane first time la dia tegur aku..

ermm.. mase aku snap gmbo dia aku igt lg time jamuan tuh dia pakai baju tshirt putih ngan cap itam.. seluar aku tak igt la plak. hoho..

ok, berbalik pd thn 2005.. thn tuh sgt byk konflik antara kami..

pahit, manis, masam, masin, tawar sume ade..

hehe.. n start dgn aktiviti kelab math tuh la ktorg mula rapat..

unit beruniform pn same gak PBSM..

ade satu hari nih, aku jd wakil sekolah utk pertandingan pantun ngan BFF aku.. time tuh ade lak kebetulan adik si DD nih pn wakil gak..

so pendek kate, ktorng nih stu team la..

at first aku tak tau dia tuh adik DD, N

cikgu pantun ktorg nih rapat dgn N sbb makcik dia kwn dgn cikgu pantun ktorg. hehe..

so, aku tak igt sgt cmne aku tau yg N nih adalah adik DD,

tp yg aku igt BFF yg kate la dia nih adik DD..

ape lg.. lg malu la aku kn sbb dh la satu kelab ngan abg..

satu team pantun dgn si adik plak..

ad0ii.. pastu dh makin lame makin kenal.

dgn support dr besties aku ntah camne aku bleh plak ckp ngan adik DD yg aku nk n0 hp si DD nih.

haha.. i kn0w, i am damn brave rite. hehe.

seumur hidup aku tak penah nk mintak2 n0 dak laki. *ceh, poy0 je*

tp seyes weh, aku tak penah mintak no laki yg aku tak brape kenal.

pejam celik pejam celik it's already been 5 days h0liday

that was really fast i think.

hurm, t0 begin the story m0rry h0w i spend these 5 days la kn..

starts with 0n last sunday me n my r0omate painted 0ur r0om..

huuu.. very tiring day!

*tak pyh la nk tunjuk kn bilik baru cat.. hehe.*

Then the next day i spend time at my r0om je..

And then an0ther next day which is yesterday..

hehe.. we g0 sh0pping2 (me & zakiah)

hooo.. 0n that day i acc0mpany zack t0 submit the KRS f0rm at the RS Wahidin

and after that we went t0 bank t0 withdraw m0ney via Western Union..

heee... We went sh0pping at MTC-Kareb0si..

it's a place where if u wanna buy hardwares 0r softwares n any 0ther stuffs

MTC is m0re like L0w Yat in Malaysia lah..

While Kareb0si is a nearby sh0pping complex there acr0ss MTC

i l00ked up f0r my stuff>> inkjet ink f0r my printer, lapt0p fan n CD.

Later in the evening after praying at Kareb0si mushollah

we went t0 MP pulak by pete2..

the public transp0rtati0n here in ind0nesia..

it was a very l0ng j0urney back then

i asked zack many times when d0 we reached MP

*mabuk darat la katekan* huhu..

Mall Panakukkang(MP) is 0ne of the sh0pping mall here in makassar..

0nce we arrived, ape lagi.. trus la sh0pping2..

hehe. the prices n all the disc0unt sempena Chinese New Year drive me crazy lah!

really! s0 in the end 0f the day i b0ught a stati0nary set, kemeja c0mel f0r my hubby n 2 dress f0r me. hehe..

0k, thats all la f0r the past 5days 0f h0liday.
